“双碳”目标下多渠道供应链企业碳减排决策的影响因素研究

摘要:

为实现“双碳”目标和“十四五”可持续发展战略要求,聚焦混合碳政策对多渠道供应链企业碳减排决策的影响,通过问卷调查与统计学方法,系统收集了企业节能减排相关数据,结合因子分析与多元线性回归技术,有效揭示了企业对减排政策的认知水平、实践深度及关键经济障碍。研究发现,政策导向与监管强度显著影响企业战略调整,资金投入与技术开发成本是主要经济压力源,而市场竞争与资源配置效率则驱动差异化减排实践。基于此,提出了优化政府动态奖惩机制、强化财政补贴与技术扶持及完善企业内部管理体系等针对性建议。

Abstract:

To achieve the“dual carbon”goals and the requirements of the “14th Five-Year Plan” sustainable development strategy, this paper focuses on the impact of mixed carbon policies on the carbon emission reduction decisions of multi-channel supply chain enterprises. Through questionnaire surveys and statistical methods, data such as enterprises' energy conservation and emission reduction measures are systematically collected. Combined with factor analysis and multiple linear regression techniques, it effectively reveals the cognitive level, practical depth and key economic obstacles of enterprises regarding emission reduction policies. The research finds that policy orientation and regulatory intensity significantly affect the strategic adjustment of enterprises. Capital investment and technological development costs are the main sources of economic pressure, while market competition and the efficiency of resource allocation drive the practice of differentiated emission reduction. Based on this, targeted suggestions such as optimizing the government's dynamic reward and punishment mechanism, strengthening financial subsidies and technical support, and improving the internal management system of enterprises are put forward.
