数智时代职业本科新质人才培养模式构建

摘要:

人工智能等新技术推动了新质生产力的发展。在新质生产力的视域下,本科职业教育的新质化改革势在必行、刻不容缓。通过剖解新质生产力的本质内涵,分析职业教育本科院校人才培养模式转型过程困境,并以广州科技职业技术大学为例,从专业建设新质化、课程数字化、评价体系数据化三方面提出数智时代优化职业本科新质人才培养模式的因应对策,从加强顶层设计,以人工智能渗透学科,强化技术创新思维、知识和能力,打造一批适应新质生产力发展的职业教育新质人才队伍,为社会的持续进步与发展注入源源不断的活力。

Abstract:

New technologies such as artificial intelligence are driving the development of new quality productivity. Under the perspective of new quality productivity, the reform of new quality in undergraduate vocational education is imperative and urgent. By dissecting the essential connotation of new quality productivity and analyzing the difficulties in the transformation process of talent cultivation models in undergraduate vocational education institutions, and taking Guangzhou Science and Technology Vocational and Technical University as an example, this paper proposes strategies to optimize the talent cultivation model in undergraduate vocational education in the digital intelligence era from three aspects: new quality of professional construction, digitalization of courses, and datafication of evaluation systems. It emphasizes strengthening top-level design, integrating artificial intelligence into disciplines, enhancing technological innovation thinking, knowledge, and abilities, and creating a group of new quality talents who can adapt to the development of new quality productivity, thereby injecting continuous vitality into social progress and development.
