摘要:

发展新质生产力离不开教育、科技、人才的“三位一体”支撑。职业教育在瞄准技术变革和产业升级大方向,服务山东省“更高素质的劳动者、更高技术含量的劳动资料、更广范围的劳动对象和优化组合跃升的制度”等方面存在专业群相对滞后、与产业转换难度较大、课程体系匹配不够、产教融合制度创新不足等问题,亟须从职业教育专业结构布局、现代职业教育体系完善、课程体系建设、产教融合制度改革等方面寻求发展路径。

Abstract:

The development of new quality productive forces cannot be separated from the “trinity” support of education, technology, and talent. Vocational education is facing problems such as relatively lagging professional groups, difficulty in industrial transformation, insufficient matching of curriculum systems, and insufficient innovation in the integration of industry and education in the direction of technological change and industrial upgrading, serving our province's “higher quality workers, higher technical content of labor materials, wider range of labor objects, and optimized combination and upgrading system”. It is urgent to seek development paths from the professional structure layout of vocational education, the improvement of modern vocational education system, the construction of curriculum system, and the reform of industry education integration system.
