基于DEA-Malmquist指数的东部地区绿色物流效率测算

摘要:

为研究我国东部地区7省3市在2012至2022年间绿色物流效率的变化情况,运用DEA模型和Malmquist指数从静态和动态两个维度分析了绿色物流效率,并使用多元回归模型探讨了影响因素。研究发现,尽管东部地区绿色物流效率总体上呈现上升趋势,但并未达到最优状态,存在提升空间;技术进步和规模效率对绿色物流效率的提升起到了关键作用;此外,第三产业占GDP的比重和地区生产总值对绿色物流效率有正向影响,而物流业固定资产投资则有负向影响。最后提出建议,加强绿色物流技术的研发和应用、提高从业人员的专业知识和绿色物流基础设施建设,以促进东部地区绿色物流的可持续发展。

Abstract:

This research examines the fluctuations in green logistics efficiency across 7 provinces and 3 cities in China's eastern region between 2012 and 2022. It utilizes the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) model and the Malmquist index to evaluate green logistics efficiency from static and dynamic viewpoints. Additionally, a multivariate regression model is applied to identify the determinants that affect this efficiency. The findings reveal that although the overall green logistics efficiency in the eastern region has shown an upward trend, it has not yet reached an optimal state, leaving room for improvement. Technological progress and scale efficiency play a key role in enhancing green logistics efficiency. Moreover, the proportion of the tertiary industry in GDP and regional gross product have a positive impact on green logistics efficiency, while the fixed asset investment in the logistics industry has a negative impact. Ultimately, recommendations are put forward to bolster the development and utilization of green logistics technologies, elevate the expertise of industry professionals, and augment the establishment of green logistics infrastructure, all aimed at fostering the sustainable growth of green logistics within the eastern region.
