情绪管理能力对高职学生人际交往技能的发展具有重要影响。根据情绪调节理论,选取贵州工商职业大学为研究对象,从情绪困扰的现状以及情绪管理训练入手,探究情绪管理能力与人际交往技能之间的关联,从而找出情绪管理能力对人际交往技能的塑造作用。提出心理团体辅导、自我控制能力培养、支持性校园环境营造、自我反思能力培养四个方面的综合培养途径,为提升高职学生的情绪管理能力、促进高职学生的人际交往能力发展提供参考。
Abstract:Emotional management ability has a significant impact on the development of interpersonal communication skills among vocational college students facing multiple pressures. Based on the emotion regulation theory, this study takes Guizhou Vocational College of Industry and Commerce as the research object, starting from the current situation of emotional distress and emotional management training, to explore the correlation between emotional management ability and interpersonal communication skills, and thereby identify the shaping effect of emotional management ability on interpersonal communication skills. Four comprehensive cultivation approaches are proposed, including psychological group counseling, self-control ability cultivation, supportive campus environment creation, and self-reflection ability cultivation, to provide references for enhancing the emotional management ability of vocational college students and promoting the development of their interpersonal communication skills.
