推进课堂革命,深化“三教”改革是全面贯彻落实习近平总书记提出的“培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人”的具体举措和根本路径。基于课堂革命和“三教”改革的理论内涵、现实意义和改革痛点,探讨基于课堂革命的高职教育“三教”改革路径:“革”教师之“命”,变普通“教书匠”为立德树人的“大先生”,变知识“传授师”为传道授业解惑的“引路人”,变“闭门造车师”为校企双元育人的“交流师”;“革”教材之“命”,变传统“理论式”教材为“类型化”教材,变教师“独编式”教材为多元“合作式”教材;变单一“载体式”教材为融媒体“共享式”教材;“革”教法之“命”,变教师“主导式”教法为“学生中心式”教法,变单一“黑板耕作式”教法为“技术融合式”教法。
Abstract:Promoting the classroom revolution and deepening the reform of “three teachings” are the concrete measures and fundamental paths to comprehensively implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's proposal of “what kind of people to cultivate, how to cultivate people and for whom to cultivate people”. Based on the theoretical connotation, practical significance and pain points of the classroom revolution and the reform of the “three teachings”, this paper discusses the path of the reform of the “three teachings” in higher education based on the classroom revolution: “Revolutionizing” the role of teachers, transforming ordinary “teaching craftsmen” into “great teachers” who cultivate virtue and talent, changing knowledge “transmitters” into “guides” who impart knowledge, skills and wisdom, and transforming “closed-door innovators” into “communicators” in dual-education by schools and enterprises; “Revolutionizing” the role of teaching materials, changing traditional “theoretical” teaching materials into “categorized” ones, transforming teacher “single-authored" teaching materials into “cooperative” ones by multiple parties, and changing single “carrier” teaching materials into “shared” ones by multimedia; “Revolutionizing” the role of teaching methods, changing teacher “dominant” teaching methods into “student-centered” ones, and transforming single “blackboard-based” teaching methods into “technology-integrated” ones.
